Conference languages are Polish, German and English – all speeches will be translated simultaneously.
Translation of personal dialogue: During the meeting and especially during the breaks there will be
„flying translators“ around who are glad to help with translations in two or more persons dialogues.
Presentations of companies: Participants will have a chance to present their company or products at
information tables during the meeting. Pre-registration is necessary for that and a fee will be charged.
Please mark your interest in an information table on the registration form.
Evening reception: On Monday evening we organise the dinner with a musical accompaniment, where there is a
lot of time for discussions and making new contacts. It will be direct at the place of conference and you are warmly
invited to come.
Excursion: Visiting two organic trade companies in Warsaw
